    Can substitute silverbeet/Swiss chard for spinach, and cayenne pepper for chilli powder.

    Very good and easy, if not the most attractive dish. I used venison instead of lamb and more (10 oz) baby spinach. I didn't have tomatoes, but they would have been good. Topped with fried onions, a squeeze of lime juice, and plain yogurt.

    It won’t set the world on fire, but it’s a tasty, really easy one pot wonder. I used bagged spinach but next time I’d like to try it with silverbeet. A keeper
