    This was lovely, enough for 4 as a main, only had 1 red pepper so added half a sliced and steamed broccoli as well. I made the Passatta with 2 tins of tomatoes, one onion and one garlic clove. I sauté the garlic and onion added the toms and reduced it by about a third processed it until nearly smooth, also added a good pinch of chilli.
