Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Can substitute ground chicken for ground turkey, drie marjoram for garlic powder, and chipotle barbecue sauce for hickory smoked barbecue sauce.

    I made a different meatball with the plan to use this sauce as a glaze with additional veg & noodles. As written, I was not happy with it (perhaps my cranberry choice...a homemade jar that I smoothed in the food processor vs the jellied can called for was to blame) but after some reading of other recipes (ie the many that use grape jelly), I played with it until I got something we both liked. Additions included Heinz chili sauce, a little honey and some hot sauce. The result was rich, dark & flavourful and ultimately we really enjoyed our dinner...but as written, it is not for us.
