    I love the taste of this salad. I’ve found I prefer using pasta shapes such as bow tie or fusili/rotini over spaghetti. It made for a better bite to have all the veg/pasta/meat to be closer in size. This salad would also be good without the meat, or if one was to take it as a side to a bbq where the meat was being served separately.

    I treated this as a stir fry rather than a cold salad but it was still pretty good. I did add some chili garlic sauce to the "dressing" for some additional heat and cleaned out lots of crisper veg. A nice warm bowl of beef, veg & noodles that came together quickly after a busy day :)
