Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a "passable" (I am struggling to find the right word here) broc & cheese soup but I currently have 3 other recipes I would choose over this one. I think that I'm not keen on the addition of the dried thyme & dried tarragon and it certainly needed salt at the end. I also added some hot sauce and a good squeeze of fresh lemon. I will happily take it for lunches until it is used up but probably won't make it again.
