    While this was not earth shattering, it was simple to put together & tasty. I used the end of some home canned BBQ sauce, maple syrup + a mix of 2 grd chili powders (New Mexico & gaujillo). I had my cornstarch slurry ready & stirred it right into the baking dish when it came out of the oven. The sauce thickened quickly with no need for a separate pan (as they instruct) & we ate this spooned over cauliflower mash.

    There are way better sticky chicken recipes out there. This one is very vinegary.
