Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Pretty basic but good. I was looking for a recipe to use up some chicken broth I had.

    This is a really tasty one pot dinner. It is easy to halve and when I make it, I sub out the beans called for (red & white kidney) for one can of rinsed chick peas. I make lots of different & certainly more authentic chilis but this "beanie chicken pot" makes a lot of appearances and it freezes well in lunch sized portions.
