    I've had this bookmarked for a while. I cut it in 1/2 and used ground pork & mild Italian sausage for the meatballs. Cilantro was (as usual) subbed out - parsley went in the meatballs & basil into the sauce. The sauce was also hit with a good squirt of sriracha (their version of "zesty" falls a bit short of ours :). With stir fried veg & thin noodles all mixed into the pan, this was an easy and very tasty dinner bowl.
