    Delicious variation on classic banana bread. Used an Asian pear because that’s what I had, worked fine but had to chop in the food processor. Also used pecans instead of walnuts. Might reduce the sugar a bit next time. Took about 10-15 min longer to cook through the center than the recipe indicated - maybe increase heat next time?
