Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I have always freestyled pizza sauce (using red wine) as needed but I decided to try a recipe for a larger amount. This is a lovely rich sauce (I used canned crushed tomatoes in place of tomato sauce) and although I am not really a fan of dried basil I did like the use of the balsamic vinegar & brown sugar. In addition to using it on last night's pizza, I also froze that equivalent amount and 2 smaller containers for mini- pizzas. This I will probably make again.
