Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Even taking ‘fudginess’ & overnight refrigeration into account, these were significantly undercooked using the times specified. I’d think at least another 10 mins or so would be needed.

    This is quite a lot of effort and the caramel is strange but it all comes together to make a delicious brownie and very much up there with the best.
