Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Cauliflower browned nicely for me, but I would perhaps keep some of the lemon zest until the end to mix in then, as I found it lost a bit of its fresh “zing” during the cooking time. Overall very nice weekday dish though!

    The cauliflower never really browned, as a result the texture was very wet and mealy.
