Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Forgive my sad picture, I ended up portioning the recipe in jars and drinking like a smoothie. But very tasty! I'm wary of cold soups but I can see this being a lunch staple. And hooray for recipes with fresh buttermilk, this should be a thing more often.
