Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I go through phases of making this all the time - usually when I have a large chorizo sausage in the fridge (which I use instead of bacon when I have it). I work on 1 ball of mozzarella per person - always!

    This makes a nice vehicle for using up bits and pieces from the fridge. Today I added a couple of roasted peppers, a few and a handful of leftover olives to the basic recipe. Worked very well.
