Barbecuey pork butt from Simply Nigella: Feel Good Food (page 188) by Nigella Lawson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Delicious! I made the speedier version and a couple of changes- I only added one tbsp of mustard and added one of tomato puree too instead as my other half doesn't like mustard much. I added no chilli and extra smoked paprika instead. It worked perfectly and is definitely one I'd make again it was juicy and so tasty. We had it on brioche buns with sweet potato fries the first night, ramen another and in pancakes to use it up. All worked great! I heated up by dry frying in a pan then adding a splash of water and cook on a low heat covered until fully hot.

Can cook in slow cooker. Put layer of onions on base, add about a cup of water and then place marinated meat on top. If you want crispy bits, just pan fry a little before serving.
