Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made half the required marinade, and cooked with the marinade on the shoulders, basting before returning to the grill. Recipe is unclear as to whether to use the marinade in the way, but it was delicious and made for an unusual sweet savoury flavour that is rich in umami. I’ll repeat this recipe following the same alterations/ methods.
