    Tried this again! Switched to white mulberries to cut the sweetness, which was great, and added some frozen zucchini! Excellent, now.

    Really good flavor and creaminess, but the 4 dates was too many. I'd try 2-3 next time, so that it wasn't so overwhelmingly sweet. And maybe add some cauliflower for a bit of vegetal bulk.
