    This is a lovely way to eat greens. I used broccolini from the garden and added some leftover chicken to make it more of a meal. I also adjusted the dressing to my personal taste with a bit more soy sauce. I can see making this again and again with my fall garden veggies such as kale, broccolini, etc.
