    This was delicious made as written. The pancake itself is quite bland, but it works beautifully with the carrot salad and the dressing. I made another pancake with just peas in it, as they were the only veg the 8yo wanted, and that didn't come out so well (too flavourless and too thick/stodgy). Though the 8yo ate it all up with ketchup!
