Mojo de ajo from Gjelina: Cooking from Venice, California (page 54) by Travis Lett

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This recipe is fantastic. I have made it many times now and it makes a good gift as well. Do be sure that the garlic is covered by the oil in the oven or it will burn, but otherwise this is an extremely simple recipe for a powerful, delicious sauce. (My husband loves it so much, he slathers it on toast!) It is available on the web through 101 Cookbooks. https://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/ten-reasons-to-embrace-mojo-de-ajo-garlic-sauce-recipe.html?fbclid=IwAR3NXbz82iQkEwVeNeoN1sq5ih2ERLzW4CZwU5kuuSBNm_1okC5ILEYcgVM
