Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    This is a lovely beef broth that cooks for 6-7 hours, not 12+, and has just the right amount of gelatin and a pure beef flavor. I really like the star anise that spikes this broth, not least but not only for the beef soup with garlicky greens and an egg. This has become my go-to recipe for beef broth.
