Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    There was no weight listed for the red kuri squash and I think mine was considerably larger than the one the author used. After adding the fideos and cooked squash to the broth and letting it cool enough to eat it there was no broth left. No soup for me, I guess. The flavors were very muted in the resulting dish and I doubt I would make this again.
