    Easy, relatively fast, and quite good. They work better for rolling food in (burrito-like) than pita does.

    Quite good and fairly easy.

    Place the hot breads into a plastic bag and seal them to steam. This creates a lovely tender chewy bread that won't dry out as quickly. Great frozen and reheated in the oven.
