Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was good but I suspect would be amazing if we had a grill. Used air fryer for first step to get char (grill would have been better but made do with what we had) then followed the recipe as written. Feta is tasty on this.

    Loved it. Don’t have a grill so broiled face up in the oven. By the time they were charred the insides had cooked pretty well. Instead of returning to the oven for an hour I let them simmer on the stovetop at low heat until the liquid had evaporated. The feta on top was an excellent finishing piece.
