Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    In the book, the recipe states that it makes one loaf then the recipe tells you to prepare two loaf pans. I had enough mixture for one medium sized loaf pan but the cooking time stated in the recipe (30 minutes) is insufficient. It needs 45 minutes at least. Very irritating when baking recipes are inaccurate.
