    Excellent and easy. Will be making again soon. Halved. Was short on cream, so made up difference with some sour cream and a bit of half & half. Only had dried chipotle; after reconstituting w/minimal amount of water, added with the soaking water to warmed cream and infused for a while. Removed the chipotle before adding the cream to the layers of potatoes. I'm encouraged to take a closer look at other recipes combining the two flavors; an EYB search turned up several among my books.
