    I don't usually use broccoli like this so it was a nice change of pace. I can't help but think the broccoli was a bit water-logged because despite being called steamed broccoli salad it was actually boiled then ice bath shocked. Next time I might try actually steaming then shocking. Despite this, I liked the simplicity of this salad. Broke out my best red wine vinegar and fresh harvest olive oil for this one!
