    This is a delicious meat sauce for pasta. But I did make one significant change - instead of 1 lb. ground beef and 1 lb. ground pork, I added 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage. We just don't like too much meat in our tomato sauce. It came out great, and may be my new go-to for pasta sauce!
