    These are excellent and worth making in and of themselves. But if you have someone who is sensitive to dairy coming to dinner give them this instead of potatoes with non-dairy substitutes. A good olive oil is a necessity.

    I thought these were very nice. They're quite simple and you really need to use a quality olive oil as that's the main flavoring for the potatoes.
