Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Made this as best as I could using supermarket ingredients. Used some bog-standard chilli flakes instead of the Mexican chilli and coriander leaf instead of sprout but everything else was the same. Really tasty and quick to put together. Would probably do again if I had a bergamot, which are also not easy to come across here.
