Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Super velvety and delicious despite not using any butter or cream. This was my first time cooking celeriac and it had a slight sweetness that we really enjoyed. I used my own homemade bone broth rather than the recipe from the book. Stuck half of this in the freezer, so we'll see how well it keeps.
