    I've made lots of different sausage rolls where you just "wrap the sausage and slice" but we really like this filling made from "loose sausage meat + add ins". They keep beautifully in the freezer and I often pull out and bake just a few for the 2 of us for a late afternoon snack or to supplement a lighter (eg "just soup") dinner. They really are good.
