Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is a really good method for what I consider to be true hash browns ( ie "shredded" is non-negotiable and home fries are something different). My 2 "pre-boiled" potatoes looked kinda small for 2 of us and then of course they shredded into a giant mound! The 1st round of frying followed by a minimum 1 hour rest before the final fry worked great - you just need to plan for it. I will definitely make these guys again.
