Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made this for a skirt steak using the full amount of lemon juice but far less zest. I liked the use of the fresh herbs (both thyme & oregano), the very generous amt of garlic and the combination of lemon juice + vinegar but next time for beef, I would likely use red wine vinegar in place of the white. This would also be very good with chicken as written.
