Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I made a 1/2 recipe with plum tomatoes. My only concern was the pickling spice.....mine (as all of them I assume) has broken bay leaf pieces throughout and I worried about these in the finished product so I gave it a quick buzz in the spice grinder still keeping many of the seeds whole. It has a lovely jammy consistency & nice taste but I'm not sure I like it better than Carla Hall's oven roasted version I recently made.
