Steamed fish with chilli caramel from Marie Claire: Fresh + Easy: Simple Food for Relaxed Eating (page 82) by Michele Cranston

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This was a fantastic recipe. We love 'fish & chips' and called these sort of recipes, 'healthy fish & chips'. What really makes this dish is the homemade chilli caramel. Easy to prepare and delish. Also, the lime juice is a must. I only changed the recipe by pan-frying the fish fillets with a bit of oil instead of steaming them. They were quite thick so I put them in the oven for about 5 minutes, while I was baking the chips. The crunchiness of the salad (raw capsicum, snowpeas & daikon) was also very enjoyable. Will make again for sure.
