    Liked it! Great alternative to a charcuterie board for a light lunch or dinner - and healthier. Added roasted zucchini. Also raw radishes. Could roast some radishes. Quarter the carrots and zucchini before roasting. Only need a partial head of radicchio. Didn’t make the dipping oil. Would make the dipping oil if I was serving with bread. Also served with hummus. Definitely a redo. Only need 1/4 to 1/2 of spice mix.
