    Can substitute buckwheat flour or quinoa flour for rice flour. Errors in the book's original printing -- Missing ingredients: 2 tsp ground ginger, zest of one orange, half a cup of crushed hazelnuts. Procedure: Gently fold the ginger and orange zest in to the batter when adding the remaining ingredients. After decorating the cake with the apricots, sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
