Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    It was still a bit loose after macerating, draining and cooking the filling and adding tapioca. I saw another recipe that added pectin to thicken in addition to the tapioca . Maybe I’ll try that next time. It still was delicious and everyone ate it up, there was only one slice left to photograph after my son had his second helping!
