Can substitute low-sodium tamari for Bragg's Liquid Aminos.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is my go-to dressing recipe, regardless of what 'diet plan' I am following. The ingredient list here at EYB does not quite reflect the true recipe, as one of the ingredients is hummus (an Engine2 compliant hummus, which can be purchased or made from scratch). So if you already have hummus in your fridge, this is a very quick and easy recipe.
