    Lovely salad. Made with baby spinach and baby butter lettuce. Used extra sharp Wisconsin cheddar and substituted dried tart cherries for the craisins. Used Seedz brand maple toasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds instead of the salted sunflower seeds.
