    Very tasty, the spices and fruit add complexity and savoriness. Unfortunately, the meatballs were a bit dry. Could it have been that I made them smaller than called for in the recipe (1" instead of 1-1/4")? I wanted them to be more appetizer than main course. Perhaps some bread or bread crumbs would help with the texture. And a bit more salt would help with the flavor. IMPORTANT: the prep time was much longer (perhaps twice) than anticipated.
