    This simple dish was so satisfying! Nothing fancy about the ingredients or the method, but it was certainly tasty, and that's after forgetting 2 of the ingredients (rosemary & red pepper flakes). It was really nice over Israeli couscous as a main for me & a side for hubby. Definitely one to keep in the repertoire.
