Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe tasted great. I had problems with the masa. It did not gain the light and fluffy texture to float in water. (I was using the seasoned vegetable oil and masa for tortillas, which is not the preferred kind.) To compensate, I added more stock but I should have left it alone. It was all fine in the end with the other ingredients in the casserole though.
