    Wow, what an excellent sandwich! Takes a bit of prep work with sautéing leeks & mushrooms separately, roasting thin potato slices, but it was worth the effort. This even impressed my foodie son. It's hearty enough to satisfy meat-eaters as well as veg-heads.
