Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I halved this recipe and it was great for a family of 3 with leftovers. The sauce is delicious and easy. I am not sure that the cheese is necessary but I never say no to cheese.

    Really delicious and relatively quick and easy to make. The chocolate and banana add a certain something to the regular curry sauce, though you can't really taste either on their own. Makes a huge amount of super filling food, so have freezer space ready.
