    I've made this dish many times. It's a unique and delicious use of kimchi and kale. In the end no single ingredient stands out; they all meld together perfectly. It's one of those "worth-the-price-of-the-book" recipes.

    I really liked this recipe a lot. It was easy and super flavorful and delicious. Might be my new favorite way to cook kale.
