    Love this pasta salad, I can’t stop eating it all up in one go! It’s great as written with almost raw spring baby veg, though later in the year I just chop the carrots and courgette finely and fry in the pan for a little longer. I usually substitute garden peas for sugar snaps and use a sweet chilli dressing (the home made glaze from the book or a shop bought one) in place of the balsamic drizzle.
