    This is an easy dessert and a nice ending for an Indian meal. I would have liked a more pronounced mango flavor in the kulfi - it is very creamy. But serving it with mango puree and cubed mangos is a nice contrast to the creamy ice cream. I made it in single serving silicone molds (easier to turn out) rather than the little pots in the recipe.
