    I liked it but did not love it. It is nice, healthy, a tad original with two kinds of peas but a bit bland and in line with what you would expect from a standard vegetable curry. Served with flat bread (and with yogurt/almonds as advised). This does yield enough for 3 servings for my small French appetite but it does keep and freezes well.

    Super easy and budget friendly recipe, very easy to veganise too (which I did but subbing plant based yoghurt). Makes 2 very large portions but you could easily use the left overs for another day as it keeps very well.
